Job Description
- Identify and develop new customer leads through various channels ( networking, referrals, etc.).
- Research and analyze potential markets to expand business opportunities.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Presentation and Negotiation
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Sales Administration
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
- Update customer information in the CRM system regularly.
Market Awareness and Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Provide feedback to the team about customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
Achieve Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team success.
- Participate in regular sales training and team meetings to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Salary:
- ₱30,000.00 Monthly
