Job Description

Position: Part-time Financial Advisor / Insurance Agent
Location: Makati, Metro Manila
Company: Wolf Summit Life Insurance Agency - Pru Life UK

Key Responsibilities:

Client Financial Assessment & Planning
Identify client financial goals and provide customized insurance and investment solutions
Educate clients on financial literacy, wealth management, and risk protection

Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell life insurance, health protection, and investment-linked plans
Conduct presentations, financial consultations, and networking activities
Achieve sales targets and develop strategies for market expansion

Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships through policy reviews and client servicing
Assist clients in claims processing and policy updates
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Continuous Learning & Certification
Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance expertise
Stay updated on financial trends, insurance products, and market regulations
Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses

Leadership & Career Growth (For Managerial Track)
Recruit, train, and mentor new financial advisors
Lead a high-performing team and drive business growth
Develop leadership and management skills for long-term career success

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate (any course)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn and grow in the financial industry
- Experience in sales, finance, or customer service is a plus but not required
