Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry clients and stakeholders.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
Create marketing materials and content that highlight the features and benefits of construction products.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of sales and marketing experience in the construction materials industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, trends, and client needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), digital marketing, and market research.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop targeted marketing strategies.
