Finance & Accounting Supervisor

The Finance & Accounting Supervisor is responsible for monitoring all financial data and preparing accurate statements for the company. He/she is also tasked for budgeting, management of tax payments and performing internal audits. He/she will act as a consultant for senior managers, conducting cost and revenues analyses. Ultimately, He/she will ensure all our accounting transactions comply with the law and support our company’s investments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
2.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
3.Forecast costs and revenues
4.Manage tax payments
5.Organize internal audits
6.Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
7.Prepare budget forecasts
8.Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
9.Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
10.Analyze financial trends
11.Perform month-end and year-end close processes
12.Maintain and update Payroll information
13.Monitoring of bank accounts

Minimum Qualifications

1.A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or any relevant course
2.With at least 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
3.A proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
4.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
5.In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
6.Possess solid knowledge of accounting regulations
7.Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
8.Strong analytical and planning skills
9.Must have good communication and presentation skills
10.Additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
11.Willing to start ASAP
