Job Description

Position: Accounting Staff
Location: Parañaque
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite, Direct Hire
Salary: Starts at PHP 20,000/month

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 1 year of experience in general accounting.
Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Transactions

Record daily financial activities, including purchases, liquidations, and receipts-related processes.

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and update general ledger accounts.
Organize files systematically for management’s easy access and reference.
Assist with audits and respond to financial information requests.

Reconciliation

Identify and resolve discrepancies by analyzing account data.
Payroll Support

Process payroll accurately (monthly, bi-monthly, and weekly for office and site employees).
Maintain payroll records and address payroll-related inquiries.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budgets and report any variances.

Administrative Support

Provide administrative assistance to senior directors.
Organize and maintain a filing system for important documents.
Prepare client accreditation requirements and documentation.
Handle errands like bill payments and bank transactions.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
