Finance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Supervisor to oversee and manage our organization's financial operations. The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the finance team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Supervision:

Lead and manage the finance team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve team goals.
Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop, monitor, and review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Accounting Oversight:

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
Supervise the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Internal Controls and Compliance:

Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
Cash Flow and Treasury Management:

Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Oversee banking relationships, fund transfers, and investment activities.
Audit and Reporting:

Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing findings.
Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA is a plus).
Proven experience as a Finance Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
