About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team! You'll be responsible for making sure potential customers (leads) from our marketing campaigns and website get to the right salesperson. You'll also check to make sure the leads are good quality and help us improve our lead generation process.

What You'll Do

Assign leads: Make sure leads go to the correct salesperson based on
things like location and industry.
Check lead quality: Use our systems to make sure the information we have about the leads is correct.
Communicate with the team: Keep everyone updated on the status of leads.
Analyze lead data: Look for patterns to help us improve our marketing
campaigns.
Track results: Monitor how many leads turn into actual customers.
Improve the process: Work with other teams to make our lead generation process better.

What You'll Need

5+ years of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proven ability to create successful email campaigns.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
