About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our potential customers, helping them discover how our solutions can solve their business needs.
You'll connect with leads from various sources, qualify their interest, and guide them through the sales process.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of B2B sales in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
Connect with leads: Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
Qualify opportunities: Understand customer needs and determine if our products/services are the right fit for them.
Schedule meetings: Book demos and sales appointments for our account executives.
Nurture relationships: Build rapport with prospects and keep them engaged throughout the sales journey.
Track progress: Maintain accurate records of your activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to achieve shared goals.
What You'll Need:
1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry, or inbound/outbound telesales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce).
A genuine interest in technology and helping businesses find the right solutions.
Bonus Points:
Experience with "warm calling" and social selling techniques.
