Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Credit Manager to lead our team . This role is pivotal in providing outstanding customer service to our overseas Filipino clients in Macau and Hong Kong, while also managing credit operations related to our installment plans and bundled promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the customer service department, ensuring high-quality support for clients.
Manage the credit assessment and approval process for installment applications.
Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze customer feedback and credit trends to optimize service offerings.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote installment options and bundle promotions.
Train and mentor customer service representatives on best practices in service and credit management.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively and professionally.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service management and credit operations, preferably in retail.
Strong understanding of credit assessment processes and installment plans.
Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Tagalog).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team and drive performance improvements.
Salary:
₱35,000.00 Monthly
