About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead our email
marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and ultimately boost revenue. You'll be a master of Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and know how to integrate these with other platforms to maximize impact.

What You'll Do

Develop Engaging Email Campaigns: Design and manage a variety of email campaigns, including lead nurturing programs and automated workflows.
Drive Lead Generation: Create effective lead nurturing strategies that guide prospects through the buyer's journey and convert them into qualified leads.
Integrate with Other Platforms: Connect Marketo with tools like LinkedIn, our website, and our CRM to improve data flow and campaign performance.
Optimize for Success: Continuously test and improve email elements (subject lines, calls-to-action, etc.) to increase open rates, clicks, and conversions.
Personalize the Experience: Use data to segment audiences and deliver personalized email content that resonates with each recipient.
Maintain High Deliverability: Ensure our emails reach the inbox by following best practices and complying with regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Analyze and Report: Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and share insights with stakeholders to inform future strategies.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proven track record of creating successful lead-nurturing campaigns.
Experience integrating Marketo with other platforms (LinkedIn, website tools, CRMs).
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary:
65.000,00 ₱ Monthly
