Job Description

Duties and Responsibilites:

1. Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
2. Partner with senior leadership to design and implement organizational development initiatives.
3. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
4. Lead the recruitment process for senior-level and critical roles.
5. Design strategies for talent retention, succession planning, and workforce planning.
6. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
7. Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
8. Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues promptly.
9. Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and satisfaction.
10. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
11. Develop, review, and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
12. Handle audits and investigations related to HR practices.
13. Oversee the design and execution of performance appraisal systems.
14. Provide guidance on employee goal setting, development plans, and feedback mechanisms.
15. Identify and address training needs through tailored programs.
17. Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
18. Conduct market analysis to ensure salaries remain competitive.
19. Evaluate and improve employee wellness and rewards programs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
3. Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and regulations.
4. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and other HR tools.
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
