Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Information Technology

Has 2 years or more of Helpdesk support or related experience.

Candidate should have experience in System Support.

With good communications and interpersonal skills

Interact with customers to provide process and response to inquiries

Gather information and determine the issues by evaluating and analyzing symptoms

Accurately process record call transaction through designated tracking

Job Description

Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Log and track support requests.
Install and maintain systems/software.
Document solutions and update knowledge base.
Salary:
₱24,000.00 Monthly
