Job Description
What you'll be doing
Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via chat, addressing a wide range of IT-related queries and issues
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve problems efficiently
Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest software, hardware and industry trends
Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the chat support service by providing feedback and suggestions
Foster a positive and customer-centric experience, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
Familiarity with common software applications, hardware, and operating systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
