Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to telecommunications services (mobile, internet, landline, etc.).

Resolve customer issues such as billing queries, service outages, account updates, technical support, and plan upgrades.

Educate customers about products, services, promotions, and account features.

Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.

Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Meet or exceed performance targets (e.g., customer satisfaction, call handling time, quality metrics).

Stay updated on the latest products, services, and system updates.
Salary:
₱25,000.00 Monthly
