Retail Chat Support - CDO

We're seeking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Account Support- Seasonal to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time, seasonal role that will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service to our retail clients.

What you'll be doing
Responding to inbound customer inquiries and providing solutions to their needs
Handling a variety of customer service requests such as order placement, returns, and account management
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant systems
