Job Description
What you'll be doing
Responding to inbound customer inquiries and providing solutions to their needs
Handling a variety of customer service requests such as order placement, returns, and account management
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant systems
Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality customer service
Participating in training and development opportunities to continuously improve customer service skills
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and effective support to customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer requests
Proficiency in using computers and customer service-related software
