Job Description
● Minimum of 5+ years of admin experience in customer service or a similar role
● Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is
preferred
● Strong understanding of customer service principles, best practices, and problem-solving techniques.
● Excellent English,verbal and written communication skills, for handling customer
inquiries and complaints.
● Ability to manage and prioritise multiple customer interactions efficiently.
● Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and support tools.
● Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
● Ability to work independently and make decisions while following company policies.
● High attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer requests.
● Experience in handling escalations and resolving complex customer issues.
● A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
Highly Regarded:
● Proven admin experience ( preferably 5 or more years ) in an senior admin role, EA / PA
role or even a managerial role, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organisation.
● Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills with the ability to
prioritise and execute tasks.
● Ability to learn new tasks and Business Processes quickly.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
● Proficient in the Google Suite of products, (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Meets & Chats)
● Knowledge and use of AI ( Chat GPT, Gemini etc )
● Experience with specific CRM, software and other tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk,
Hubspot & Zoho
● Ability to work independently and as part
of a team.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Working internationally or for an international company would be highly regarded
SALARY:
15,000-20,000
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM
