Job Description
- Assisting and coordinating with sales team in the proper planning, organizing, and executing of marketing strategies
- Assisting the sales team in implementing Sales strategies
- Graduate of BS Marketing, Administration, Entrepreneur or any related course
- At least 1 - 3 yrs of sales experience with the big five accounts Modern trade in the Philippines
- with experience working in FMCG is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Manages the activities in all Modern Trade/Key Accounts handled to achieve set Volume, Collection and Trade Marketing objectives.
- Achievement of set Sales Volume objectives (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually).
- Achievement of set sales volume targets by Account, by Brand, by SKU (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually).
- Delivers Letters /Statement of Account/Confirmation of Account to clients.
- Plans and implements specific volume, distribution, & Trade
- Marketing sell-out programs in all accounts handled.
- Conduct Business Reviews with all Key Outlets handled to assess past performance and develop specific action plans and strategies for identified trade problems and opportunity areas to achieve business development objectives.
- Personally, maintains close and strong business relationships with Top Accounts’ Key Personnel/ buyer
- Coordinates closely with his/her immediate superior for approvals, accomplishments, work progress, suggestions and recommendations, etc.
- Coordinates closely with other departments: Finance / Production / Warehouse / Human Resources, regarding accounts receivable concerns, stock availability, delivery schedules and special shipping instructions, manpower requirements and labor related issues respectively.
