The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Recruitment and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance, providing regular reports to senior management and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Property Development/Real Estate Management, or a related field.

Experience: At least one year of working experience in real estate or a related field is required.

Skills:

Pleasing personality with excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to recruit and manage a team of salespeople effectively.
