We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a deep expertise in business growth and service optimization, specifically within the Customer Support industry. This pivotal role is designed to strategically enhance the customer support function, driving sustainable business growth through the optimization of service delivery.

Job Description:
-Customer Support Growth. The role will focus on expanding Skyline's customer support services into new markets, enhancing customer acquisition and retention through excellent support, and collaborating with sales and marketing to promote these services as a competitive advantage.
-Service Optimization. The position emphasizes optimizing services by analyzing support workflows and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies. It involves implementing solutions to streamline processes and reduce resolution times while also developing training programs for customer support agents to enhance service quality and consistency
-Technology and Process Innovation. This position involves identifying and implementing new technologies, such as AI chatbots and CRM systems, to improve support team efficiency and effectiveness, while also staying updated on industry trends and recommending innovative solutions to maintain the company's competitive edge in support services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Knowledge in AI supports tools optimizations.
-Experience or expertise with CRM and support tools
-Experience in implementing process improvement methodologies
-Knowledge of customer feedback systems and metrics such as CSAT and NPS.
Salary:
₱60,000.00 Monthly
