Job Description

Processes purchase requisitions and payment orders
• Assists in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, meetings and
• other clerical duties
• Assists in logistical requirements for HSE-Culture Transformation activities including but
• not limited to ocular inspections for events venue, travel arrangements and other events
• management tasks.
• Maintains and organizes mails, physical documents and stock of office supplies
• Provides administrative support to the members of HSE-Culture Transformation Team,
• Team Malasakit and Office of the President.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
