Job Description

Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives. This includes prospecting new clients, managing leads, and converting them into sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business. Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to finalize sales agreements and close deals.
Market Research: Identify potential new markets, customer needs, and competitors by conducting market research and analysis. Use this information to adjust sales tactics and strategies.
Reporting and Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Prepare reports for management on sales targets, pipeline status, and achieved results.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings, ensuring deep knowledge of features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively sell the product.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by actively pursuing leads, engaging with customers, and closing sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery to customers.
Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to management and product teams to help improve products, services, or the overall customer experience.
