Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Campaign Execution: Execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals related to customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and sales conversion. Support the ideation, planning, execution, optimization, monitoring, and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns based on strategies discussed with management.
Digital Ad Channel Management: Manage and optimize digital channels, including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, websites, and other relevant platforms. Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to maximize the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns that acquire customers and increase sales.
Performance Measurement and Reporting Measure and report on campaign performance, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs). Prepare actionable insights on product improvement, communications, and customer service improvements based on performance data.
Research and Innovation Research new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. · Execute and measure experiments and conversion tests to identify effective tactics.
Content Consistency and Visibility: Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice and discipline. Suggest creative ways to maximize the visibility of all content across digital platforms.
Market Trends and Insights Contribute to the overall effectiveness of marketing by researching trends and insights. · Monitor marketing spend and performance based on insights, suggesting solutions for short-term and long-range issues that arise.
Team Management and Leadership: Supervise and guide digital marketing team members who will report to you and collaborate on managing digital campaigns. Mentor team members to enhance their skills and professional development, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising and public relations, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and various social media advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex data to create digital marketing strategies. · Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or skills in graphic design and/or content writing. (Optional)
Experience working with lending or banking company (Optional)
