Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers in assigned territories. The Van Salesman will develop relationships with existing and new customers, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries and services.
- Drive the company van to deliver products to assigned customers within the designated territory. Ensure that all deliveries are accurate, on time, and in accordance with customer orders.
- Actively promote and sell products to existing and new customers, offering product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
- Route Planning, an and organize daily routes efficiently to maximize sales opportunities and ensure timely deliveries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by maximizing sales to both existing and potential customers.
- Ensure that the van is adequately stocked with products and manage stock levels. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure proper product levels for the route.
- Collect payments from customers as per company guidelines and ensure all documentation is completed accurately for transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, payments, and customer interactions. Submit daily sales reports and any required documentation in a timely manner.
