Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
-Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new merchant clients within the enterprise sector.
-Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing enterprise customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-Act as the primary point of contact for medium to large-scale merchants and provide consultative sales support to help them achieve their business goals

2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
-Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with enterprise merchants.
-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchant clients, ensuring they are aligned with the client’s specific business needs.
-Maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients and monitor sales progress to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

3. Product Knowledge & Consultative Selling:
-Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in the payment processing industry and merchant acquiring solutions.
-Provide in-depth product knowledge and present customized solutions to enterprise merchants based on their unique needs and objectives.
-Offer strategic recommendations to improve clients' payment processes and maximize operational efficiency.

4.Contract Negotiation & Documentation:
-Lead contract negotiations with enterprise merchants, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
-Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately documented and comply with company policies and regulations.

5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
-Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and potential threats in the merchant acquiring landscape.
-Provide insights to the marketing and product teams to help shape business development strategies and improve service offerings.

6. Collaboration & Reporting:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and merchant experience, to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
-Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, presenting updates to senior management on progress towards sales goals and market trends.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, Finance or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications is a plus
-Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the payment processing, merchant acquiring, fintech, or financial services industry, with at least 1 to 2 years in an enterprise-level sales role.
-Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing large enterprise clients.
-Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, merchant acquiring solutions, and industry regulations.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage a large, diverse client portfolio.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to present data-driven insights.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
