Job Description

Shift Schedule: Mid-shift (2 pm-11 pm)
Work Setup: Hybrid work set-up (3x onsite, 2x WFH weekly)
Position type: Individual Contributor role

Key Requirements:
BA/BS Degree in an IT-related field
Excellent bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English, able to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers, executives, and SMEs.
Experienced in technical support or software support, preferably Microsoft: 1 to 5 years of technical software support or help desk experience (preferred)
Comfortable in providing support via  phone, email, and remote sessions
Strong interest or experience with Microsoft technology stack (including SharePoint, Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS)
Must be a Filipino citizen or eligible to work in PH
Salary:
₱70,000.00 Monthly
