Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will act as a liaison between the company and customers, addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with empathy and understanding.
Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Document customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
Assist with troubleshooting and guiding customers through solutions.
Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
Participate in training and development programs to improve service skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a bachelor’s degree.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
This position may require working in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
