Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and up-to-date.
Ensure that all documents meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission, distribution, and retrieval of documents.
Track and manage document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
Qualifications

At least Vocational Degree holder.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven experience in managing and maintaining project documentation.
Familiarity with document control systems and procedures.
Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
