Talent Acquisition Specialist

SKINTIFIC is a science-based skincare company that utilizes patented technology to repair damaged skin barriers and deliver fast, effective solutions for various skin concerns. We're one of the leading beauty companies across Southeast Asia and currently expanding our team in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Indeed and Job Street).
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and payroll.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or psychology. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Fluent in English, both oral and written is a must.
Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the e-commerce, skincare, or fashion industries.
Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO (working from the office) policy.
Willing to assigned in BGC Taguig
