Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Officer - Recruitment is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining an effective talent pipeline to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection:
-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
-Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
-Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
-Coordinate interview schedules and assist in final selection processes.
-Conduct background checks and verify employment references.
-Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
-Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
-Engage in career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships.
-Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

3. Process Improvement & Compliance:
-Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all hiring processes.
-Continuously improve recruitment practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
3.Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
4.Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
