Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future workforce needs.

Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Review resumes, screen applications, and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
