Job Description

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related
field is a plus).
- Proven experience as a payroll assistant or in a similar administrative role handling payroll function.
- Familiarity with payroll software and related tools.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
