Position: Auto Loans Product Specialist
Company Industry: Financial Services Company
Work Location: Pasig City (Near SM Megamall)
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (08:30AM to 05:30PM)
Salary: Php30,000 – Php35,000 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENT:
*Holding a bachelor's degree.
*A minimum of 2 years of experience as an auto loan product specialist
*Has prior experience in the banking or finance sector.
* Willing to work there
*Willing to attend in-person interviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Will give top priority to managing contract fulfillment procedures, assisting with potential refinances, and offering clients telephone support.
* Offering product expertise, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating easy, lawful transaction processes
*Identify market trends and put the necessary marketing plans into action to boost sales of refinance loans.
Create telecall target data by applying specific rules and a large amount of data.
* Provide training and supervise team members' actions.
