Job Summary
The Sales Officer will lead the development and implementation of Corporate Sales events, promotions and member qualifications that support global corporate strategies in the local marketplace. Develop and manage ongoing relationships with Member leadership in order to leverage support for corporate initiatives as well as to ensure that the company is in tune with their needs in growing the business. Work with management to prepare budgets and post analysis for events, promotions and qualifications and ensure they meet policy requirements. The Sales Officer will use company data tools and other reports and local business knowledge to ensure that they support growth strategy before submitting to management for review and approval. The sales officer shall also provide analytical support and strategic advice to the Country Manager to ensure achievement of business goals which includes sales, branding, relationship building with stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and resolving complex problems confronting New Image International Philippines, Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Work in conjunction with key local leaders and management to create and implement an integrated strategy to support Member business needs.
• Establish a clear Member and consumer communication plan and overseeing implementation.
• Recommend potential Member promotions and ensuring they fit within global strategy by delivering Member excitement and momentum.
• Interact with Members to identify future growth potential in order to understand the needs of the markets and daily business methods.
• Manage event and promotions budgets effectively.
• Build strong, positive relationships with support teams in the relevant functions.
• Monitor team performance, identify and resolve issues.
• Set goals and standards for the department teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly Sales Report containing sales performance, improvements done, issues and challenges which could be used as basis for sales improvement for future goals.
• Close coordination with concerned departments – Customer Service and Logistics to fully satisfy the requirements of Members.
OTHERS
• Manage day-to-day sales functions to ensure that the requirements of the Sales Leaders, organizations, and independent distributors are met in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Prepares company and product material needs such as power point presentations, audio, videos,
etc.
• Conducts product and company training to customers online or offline in different approach, such as vlog, live, zoom meeting.
• Willing to travel local / international to conduct the company and product training.
• Provides support on marketing events (including hosting), and marketing materials (content writing and proofreading)
• Other functions that may be assigned
Position Qualifications
Skills/Education/Experience:
• A graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• 5+ years of work experience in pharmaceutical, consumer or direct selling industry
• Results-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision and have the ability to multi-task
• Computer literate
• Must have pleasing personality.
• Ability to plan and implement sales events and promotions.
• Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to function as an effective team leader.
• Ability to follow up thoroughly. Self-motivated and organized.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Local and overseas travel, overtime and weekend work will be occasionally required.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Keyboard and PC knowledge required (Internet, MS Office Software)
• Willingness to learn, be trained and has strong initiative to take action
• Must have ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations
• Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
