COMPANY PROFILE: Here in the Philippines, they were established in 2019. But they are owned by one of the largest non-banks and the market leader in consumer financing in Japan. They finance loans for used cars.

Position: Sales Manager
Company Industry: Financial Services Company
Work Location: Mandaluyong City (Near SM Megamall)
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (8:30AM to 5:30PM)
Salary: Php 200,000 - Php 250,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENT:
*Holding a bachelor's degree.
*With at least 5-10 years in a senior management role in auto lending or financial product line.
*Has prior experience in the banking or finance sector is an advantage.
*Willing to work on site
*Willing to attend in-person interviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Find trends and competitive possibilities.
*Provide top management with useful insights by conducting data analysis.
*To increase revenue and improve brand performance, create and implement business plans and marketing strategies.
*Establish a strong certification process and oversee a network of auto dealers and agents.
*Increase sales by working with other departments, forming partnerships for value-added services, and creating action plans.
*Deal with past-due accounts in collaboration with collections.
*Oversee the originating, processing, and disbursement of branch loans.
*Create local market tactics to build a pipeline of potential customers, keep up relationships with auto dealerships, and boost auto loan sales.
*To achieve sales goals, hire, develop, and oversee marketing and sales teams with an emphasis on professional growth and performance.
