Job Description
-Korean, Japanese, and Mandarin Bilingual (Native level)
-At least 1 year experience in sales including Business Development
-Willing to work in a Hotel & Casino industry
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Able to travel domestic/international as required
- Strong command of the English language both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal skills and can easily adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Pleasing personality
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provides personal service to guests throughout the visit to the property and maintains personal contact with guests for future visitation and assistance
-Supports marketing promotion, events and programs that drive relationship with premium players
-Achieves client quotas, performance targets and goals as assigned by the Company
- Conduct competitor's check regarding casino events, services and player's benefits
- Acquires potential players to visit and play at the casino and ensures that players are well taken cared of.
- Maintains professional working relationship with the patrons.
- Ensures that patron's requests on transportation, F&B, room accommodation etc. are properly communicated within internal team members and ensure all transactions are properly executed according to Company standards.
- Prepares necessary reports for the inventory management of premium direct offer items
- Acquires potential patrons through membership sign-ups and/or referrals of High-Valued Patrons (HVPs)
- Maintains good relationship with patrons through invitations to company organized events, dinners, promotions and tournaments
- Conducts telemarketing, invites new and returning patrons to special events and endorse promotions to increase revenue.
- Handles guest complaints, responds and/or escalates guest concerns in a timely manner.
