We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Financial Account Non-Voice Representatives. This is an on-site position based in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH:
• 18 months of experience in a Customer Contact Center (CCE) environment or a strong background in the financial industry, preferably in banking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
