Job Description
Department: Cebu Branch Office
Location: Cebu
Supervisor: Branch Support Officer
Program Overview
This program provides hands-on experience on office administration, document handling and supporting accounts receivable processes.
Key Learning Objectives:
· Office Administration: Learn to efficiently manage day-to-day office operations, including handling inquiries and supporting senior staff during their fieldwork.
· Develop AR Support Skills: Gain experience in AR processes by assisting with follow-up calls to customers and understanding collection workflows.
· Document Handling Proficiency: Build skills in managing incoming shipments and documents, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
· Strengthen Communication: Enhance professional communication by interacting with customers and internal teams to support collections and office management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or similar; coursework is in business administration, office administration or a related field is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· No prior experience required; previous administrative or clerical experience is beneficial.
· For internship, more than 300 hours is required.
