Job Description

About the role

As an Admin/Acctg Staff at Ecowindows OPC, you will be responsible for performing a range of general accounting and bookkeeping duties for the company. This is a full-time position based in Cebu, City, and is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing a career.

What you'll be doing:

Handle administrative-related files such as utility bills, invoices
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and finding solutions.
Providing support to the Operations team as needed
Assisting the CEO with various data entry and admin tasks

What we're looking for:

Bachelor in Accountancy, Business Management or any related studies.
1-2 years of experience in a similar admin and accounting role
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Proficiency in using excel spreadsheet applications
Knowledge in Statistics
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
