Job Description
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
• Prepare and process various documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping paperwork.
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and deliveries.
• Assist with data entry and report generation.
Logistics Support:
• Track and trace shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with carriers and customers to resolve any issues or delays.
• Assist with load planning and dispatching.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and driver logs.
General Office Duties:
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Assist with office organization and upkeep.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
