Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering Intern/Fresh graduates to join our team in SBFZ, Olongapo City, and gain invaluable hands-on experience in essential engineering activities, including research, design preparation, and analytical modeling. In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, actively contributing to diverse design-build projects while developing your skills in a supportive environment. A daily allowance of Php 400.00 will be provided to support your internship experience.

Responsibilities:
• Assist engineers in conceptualizing, planning, and executing design-build projects by providing ideas and solutions.
• Update and manage CADD/CAM files to ensure accuracy and organization for efficient workflow.
• Maintain and review technical drawings and specifications to keep them current and accessible for project teams.
• Troubleshoot systems and equipment to identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with team members to enhance outcomes.
• Analyze production challenges by gathering data and working with the engineering team to develop effective solutions.
• Collect and organize data to assist in preparing comprehensive reports on project progress and technical findings.
• Participate in inspections and reviews to support quality assurance and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in civil engineering and related fields.
• Contribute insights and suggestions for project improvement during team meetings.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervising engineers.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Willingness to work on-site in SBFZ, Olongapo City.
