Job Description
- Minimum (3) year of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
- Full cycle/end-to-end recruitment experience is highly desired.
- Must have at least solid specializations in IT/Technology, Engineering roles
- Savvy with talent sourcing using various tools and job boards.
- Experience in Recruitment ATS
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Team player.
Work set-up
- Hybrid set-up (twice a month onsite), but mostly on a WFH set-up
- Location: Ortigas
- Day Shift
- Full-time/Permanent role
- Salary 25,000-35,000
- Benefits (HMO, VL, SL, bonuses)
- Salary:
