Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, online/video, and structured).
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles with confidence.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of diverse sourcing techniques to find the best talent.
- Open to working on the day shift and being onsite in Makati City 3x a week.
