Job Description
With at least 2 years solid experience in IT Recruitment
Handled and processed NICHE IT roles like Fullstack developer,
Java Developer, Software Engr. Business Mgr, Service Delivery
mgr etc. with the following skills: java, clf, mongo db, react js
and the like.
With experience working in vendor recruiment agencies like
Collabera, Yondu, or IT recruitment - IBM, Accenture etc.
NO TO JOB HOPPER (with less than 1 year of employment)
AVAILABILITY: ASAP
Willing to work 4 days onsite and 1 day wfh from 8:30-6:00pm
WITH GOOD WORK ATTITUDE
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent
for various IT positions within an organization.
2. With a deep understanding of technology, the ability to
assess candidates' technical skills, and the capability to
communicate effectively with both hiring managers and
potential candidates.
3. Acts as a bridge between the company and the talent pool,
ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right
people to meet its technological needs.

WITH GOOD WORK ATTITUDE
Duties and responsibilities:
a. Manage account's performance and profit and lost.
b. Grow assigned accounts' business and revenue.
c. Renew existing contracts and establish client relationships.
d. Collaborate with senior executives to devise customer
engagement strategies.
e. Analyze customer satisfaction data to identify the company's
current strengths and weaknesses.
f. Use data to develop new strategies to improve customer
relations.
g. Write reports that showcase current customer relations and
suggest future strategies to promote business growth.
h. Implement new customer service strategies by training mid-
level managers in new customer engagement techniques. i.
Use and integrate new technologies into the business'
customer service strategy.
j. Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents and
nurture an environment where they can excel through
encouragement and empowerment.
