Job Description

Job Overview:
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcing Intern to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a sourcing intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team by identifying and attracting top talent across various job roles. This internship will provide hands-on experience in sourcing strategies, candidate pipeline management, and exposure to recruitment tools, laying the foundation for a successful career in human resources and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Support the recruitment team in screening and reviewing resumes to match job requirements.
Conduct initial outreach and engage with candidates to gauge their interest and suitability for open roles.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively identifying and attracting qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Update candidate information and status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates for interview availability.
Research and recommend new sourcing channels and strategies to improve candidate engagement and pipeline diversity.
Assist in maintaining candidate communication to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the talent acquisition function.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, or other sourcing platforms is a plus but not required.
