Job Description
Responsible for aligning the HR vision and goals and the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals.
Oversee the strategic and administration aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Unit. Responsible to carry out various areas of HR such as departmental development, HRIS/payroll system , employee relations and engagement , training and development, benefits and compensation, recruitment and retention,
Able to lead and implement Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, standard quality and productivity ,goal attainment and development of an exceptional workforce. Promotes the 7 corporate values: Excellence, Customer Dedication, Professionalism, Honesty and Integrity, Respect, Teamwork and Communication, and Sense of Ownership.
Responsible for the coordination and implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs , assist and advise employees about Human Resources issues and concerns.
Upholds and enforce the organizational culture, values , mission and policies that guide the behavior and decisions of employees and the organization. Foster a culture of integrity, trust and respect .
Responsible in developing the talent pipeline and succession plan of the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Administration and other equivalent courses. Master Degree is a plus factor
- With a minimum of eight (8) years’ work experience in Human Resources, wherein four (4) years must be in a Managerial capacity, preferably from an IT or Service Oriented Company
- With hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, KPI based Performance Management (PMS), Labor Laws, Training & Development, Employee/Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development
- Detail oriented and meticulous planner
- Strong inter personal skills with the ability to keep information confidential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A people person with passion for continual improvement
- Must be willing to work beyond the normal working hours including weekends when needed.
- Flexible and highly adaptive to any type or kind of working environment
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Affiliation with other HR related organizations is a plus.
