Job Description

HRD & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the administration, implementation and maintenance of personnel policies and procedures and for formulating personnel policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or any related field

Preferably female

Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HRD & Admin Manager

Preferably with strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving, leadership, and management skills

Must be excellent in written and oral communication skills

Must be proficient in MS Office

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops, communicates, and coordinates HRM policies and procedures at the office.

Administers the recruitment, selection and placement program.

Coordinates and maintains systems and procedures on recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, promotions, performance evaluation, separation, lay-offs, retirement, termination and salary and benefits administration.

Provides data required for the company's HR information system; ensures maintenance of
personnel records. Assists managers and supervisors in identifying and solving personnel problems.

Establishes and maintains sound management-labor programs.

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

HIRING RANGE: Php 54,000-60,000
Salary:
54.000,00 ₱ Monthly
