About the role

Reporting to the Property Manager, this full-time Property Admin position is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of property portfolio in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. This role is integral to the success of the property division and contributes to the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records, including tenant information, lease documentation, and financial records
Coordinating property maintenance and repair requests, liaising with contractors and monitoring progress
Handling tenant inquiries and communications, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly property performance reports
Providing administrative support to the Property Manager, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Ensuring compliance with all relevant property management regulations and internal policies
Supporting the implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency
What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a property administration or similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Proficient in the use of property management software and MS Office suite
Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices in the real estate industry
Proactive and adaptable, with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
