Job Description
The primary goal of this role is to understand the client’s expectations about the Recruitment Services/SLA and deliver the result accordingly on a daily, weekly or as per the process set by the client. As a Recruiter, you are responsible for meeting the service delivery of the team at the right time, and at the right cost for our client. You are a key player as far as the client service delivery is concerned; you need to understand the set guidelines and process as per the IMS Policy and project.
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you should be flexible to work for any client and project assigned to you from time to time.
Responsibilities
Back-Office Administration: Oversee daily administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Document Management: Organize and maintain patient and staff records, securely handling sensitive information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Communication Support: Assist with internal and external communications by preparing reports, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, appointments, and logistics for meetings and healthcare activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
Supplies & Equipment Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and minimizing operational disruptions.
Compliance & Regulatory Assistance: Support compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements, assisting in audits and maintaining up-to-date records.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication skills (verbal + written)
Great attention to details
Good interpersonal skill
Good knowledge of MS Office and proficiency using the internet and social media channels
