Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and pre-screening candidates in various healthcare roles. This individual will play a key role in supporting our pioneer account/client, helping to build their workforce and drive business success. The Senior Recruiter will also have the opportunity to mentor peers and participate in career development initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

Fostering long-term relationships with candidates
Ensure healthcare professionals' credentials, qualifications, and certifications meet the requirements set by regulatory bodies and healthcare facilities
Verify that healthcare professionals hold current and valid licenses o registrations
Provide support for ongoing compliance maintenance, updating records, and ensuring continuous adherence to regulatory and facility-specific requirements

Qualifications

Willing to learn about healthcare recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and pre-screening candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and team members.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
