Job Description
Required Experience
-Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
-3+ years of experience in an administrative role with a supervisor or asst. managerial responsibilities.
-Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant office software
-Experience in vehicle management and procurement is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supervise and mentor a team of drivers, ensuring adherence to schedule and operational policies.
2. Monitor and manage the maintenance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and regulations.
3. Develop and implement best practices for vehicle usage and driver performance.
4. Lead the purchase process for office supplies, equipment and materials, ensuring cost effective procurement.
5. Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate records and purchase.
6. Guide and support admin staff to enhance operational efficiency
7. Implement and refine admin procedures to streamline office operations
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations concerning administrative functions
